The lift stations were located over several months by committee members responding to numerous residents calls and reports which, in turn, led us to find several of the stations. A number of these collection system elements are located along the main boulevard, in close proximity to homes, recreational areas, and often found without any cover or protection. SWT have located these stations by using GPS (Global Positioning System) coordinates and then confirming the physical locations to make the most accurate placements on the maps below. Knowing where these critical points are within the collection system, helps the Committee to better understand the frequency, days and times, locations, and duration of the odors in and around these vital junctions.
